The purpose of Mentoring Children and Parents (MCAP) is to work with the Florida Department of Children and Families(DCF) to keep children safely at home.
Our trained, background-checked volunteer mentors provide life skills coaching to families identified as at-risk by DCF Child Protective Investigators(CPIs) following a call to the Florida Abuse Hotline reporting suspected child abuse, neglect or abandonment.
